A talented and studious actor, Will Haza possesses an unquestionable dedication to his craft. Born in Washington, DC to Cuban parents, Elia and Guillermo Haza, Will began his acting career at a young age by enrolling in the Bethesda Academy of Performing Arts (BAPA). He worked under the direction of Jane Pesci-Townsend in numerous productions of the BAPA Summer Musical Theater Program and at the Theater Lab Musical Theater Institute for teens. At age 16, Will was accepted into the theater program at Idyllwild Arts Academy in southern California, where he completed his high school education.

The Drama program at Catholic University of America brought Will back to the Washington, DC area in 2001. While continuing to perform in stage plays, Will also honed his skills as a stand-up comedian in comedy clubs in Washington, DC and New York City. He studied improvisation at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade in New York and at the Washington Improv Theater in Washington, DC. In 2004, he represented the Catholic University of America a finalist in the DC’s Funniest College competition and performed at Washington, DC’s legendary Improv Comedy Club.

After graduating from Catholic University, Will worked a brief stint with the local Washington, DC cable show, Pancake Mountain, performing at Lollapalooza in Grant Park, Chicago before pursuing a career in film. He then spent several years working on the East coast, primarily in New York City, Baltimore and the Washington, DC area, playing a number of diverse characters in theater, film and television productions. He is best known for his starring role as Richard Kessler in the dramatic independent feature film Roulette, for which he earned the 2011 World Music and Independent Film Festival award for Best Actor.  He has also starred in several Sprint Cellular commercials and has appeared in several television programs and independent films.   For over two years he has been training with acclaimed acting coach, Robert D'Avanzo, at the Missing Piece Theater in Burbank California. As he continues to hone his craft, Will Haza should prove to be one of Hollywood's promising up and coming actors.
